I rented this movie more for it's Milla content than anything else. Let's be honest guys, she is the real reason we view these types of movies. For the Hotties Patrol to kick some ass.
I liked this movie, only a little bit though, and to be honest I did get a bit irritated at some of the fight choreography.
For example, Milla is fighting with the twin kukri's and laying waste to the zombies around her, however it has long been established that to truly disable the undead you have inflict grave damage to the brain-case. Aside from the mildly humourous moment of Milla crotching a zombie with the blades, most of the stabby stabs and cutting up does little to actually stop the zombies.
It was like the fight choreographer did think about that at all, and instead of finding creative ways for Milla to cave in skulls or remove them from their bodies, it was alot of stabby stabby for nothing but "flair".
They should have just called this movie Resident Evil: the Many Milla Millenia...
Mmmm multiple Milla's... makes me happy in the pants.
